You can purchase one yourself from popular providers (such as Namecheap, GoDaddy, Porkbun, or DreamHost).
We recommend choosing a provider that also offers email mailboxes (see point 2), as this makes setup easier and keeps everything in one place.
Alternatively, we can register the domain for you directly through our system.

Older or heavily customized websites — especially outdated WordPress installations — often require ongoing technical maintenance and can cause unexpected issues.
That said, you have two practical options:
Option 1 – Rebuild using your existing content
If you want to keep your current text and images, we can migrate that content into a new website built on our system. This is the most common and recommended approach.
Option 2 – Integrate with your existing website
If your current website is more advanced, complex, or you’re very happy with how it looks, we can explore integrating our lead capture tools and system with it.

The setup fee covers the complete initial setup of your Smart Website system. This includes:

Each plan includes defined limits designed to fairly reflect the work involved. Limits fall into three main categories:

More pages require additional design and setup work. If you need more pages than your current plan includes, you can either upgrade to the next plan or create a custom plan with us.

An update means a single content or layout change, such as:

If you need more updates than your plan includes, you can upgrade to a higher plan or switch to a custom plan.
For most businesses, the included updates are more than enough — especially after the first few weeks, once the website reaches its final structure.
In rare cases where more custom work is needed, we may offer additional work billed at $40 per 30 minutes, but this is uncommon and only applies to specific requests.
3. Number of review requests
Review requests can be sent automatically after completed jobs or manually initiated by you — depending on the setup we choose together during onboarding.
There is no fixed limit. Review automation is designed for normal business usage based on completed jobs and follows fair-use principles to prevent misuse.
Ongoing support is provided through our system and via email.
If needed, we can also schedule support calls to walk through questions or specific use cases.
Our goal is to keep things simple and responsive.
If you cancel your plan:
You can export all of your leads and related data from the system into a file for future use.
If your domain is registered with another provider, you can simply update your DNS settings to point it elsewhere.
If you purchased your domain through us, you can transfer it to a different provider.
